MICROMECHANICAL SYSTEM FOR SYSTEM ON CHIP CONNECTIVITY

SEMINAR ON MEMS : MEMS technology has enabled us to realize Advanced Micro devices, using processes similar to VLSI technology. When the MEMS devices are combined with other technologies for new generation of innovators technology will be created. This is an excellent feature. These technologies will have a large scale in areas ranging automobile aerodynamics, hydrodynamics, bio-medicine, etc.. The biggest challenge is to integrate all these potentially non-compliant microsystem technologies in a single work that provides exceptional functionality.
The use of MEMS technology for permanent or semipermanent temporary interconnection is not compatible with the technologies, including CMOS, BJT, GaAs, SiGe, and so on in a system-Chip environment can be described using an example application. This is a hearing at which a series of acoustic sensors used to provide directional dynamic sensitivity, which minimizes background noise and reverberation to increase the intelligibility of speech from the user. Micro is able to produce dynamically variable directional sensitivity using a suitable beam training and monitoring of all algorithms implemented completely inside the ear channel.
