SEMINAR ON NETWORK SIMULATOR 2:NS-2 is an object oriented,discrete event driven simulator.NS-2 was normally used in wired and wireless protocols.NS-2 was written in c++ and otcl(Object oriented TCL ). Here c++ is back end and Otcl is front end languages. ns2 mainly have 3 components , like network animator (NAM) , X-graph and general operations director (GOD).NAM gives the real-time design of a network.Here we use the tool command language(TCL) to design a network. X-GRAPH shows the graphic representation of a simulations.
