SEMINAR ON GSM : GSM services are a collection of standard and available features for mobile subscribers worldwide. GSM standards are defined by the 3GPP collaboration and implemented in hardware and software, equipment manufacturers and mobile operator. Common standard, it is possible to use the same phones with different service companies, or even move in different countries. GSM is the world's most powerful mobile phone standard.
Service design is complex because it must be able to locate a mobile phone anywhere in the world and reflects the ability of the relatively low battery, the limited output capacity, and weak radio transmitters on mobile devices.
