SEMINAR ON CMR : COM stands for Component Object Model. This is a Microsoft specification that describes how to create reusable objects for programmers who work for the Win32 programming environment. This is easy to develop objects that can be divided into an independent file program. In earlier versions of VB and other programming environments based on Windows, COM under other names, such as the OLE server or ActiveX Server.
