Network Address Translation(NAT)

SEMINAR ON Network Address Translation(NAT) : NAT means network address translation that converts the IP Address into another one i.e It modifies the ip address information in packet header while transmitting packets.NAT proved more security by using ip address.We provide the NAT configuration at routers which translate the traffic among private network. by using NAT it hides the user machine ip address.By this NAT technique it provide more security over network.NAT allows a router to act as agent between public(internet) and private(local)networks.Mainly two types of NAT techniques are there : Static NAT Dynamic NAT. This paper give detailed information on how NAT works and configuration of NAT on routers.
